Game Academy

One of the reasons for NRN's success has always been its Academy. Therefore we try to implement Game Academies in every Game Division. Every Game Academy is under direct control of the Division and under indirect control of the Fleet Academy which gives loose orders and guidelines how a Game Academy should be structured.
The Game Academy can develope as it is needed within those guidelines.

Every Game Academy is led by an Game Academy Director who leads a staff of Full Instructors, Assistant and Guest Instructors. The Game Academy is responsible for the training of the Divisions' members. They can gain skill ranks and promotions through advancing.
